GOCAMAN MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED SİRKETİ takes the highest possible level of security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared lawfully and to protect your privacy.

Our aim, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and with a view to your satisfaction, is to inform you in the most transparent manner about the methods by which your personal data is obtained, the purposes for which it is processed, the persons with whom it is shared, its legal grounds, and your rights.

a) Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data is collected and processed by GOCAMAN MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED SİRKETİ (the “COMPANY”), as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

b) Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed

The COMPANY collects the following from its customers, employees, potential customers, job applicants, representatives and employees of official institutions, business partners, and suppliers:

Special categories of personal data and personal data in the categories of identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, health information, performance information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information, and marketing and sales information (both together hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

To offer the COMPANY’s products and services to you, to fulfill our obligations toward you, to draw up records and documents, and to comply with the information retention, reporting, notification, tax, and other obligations stipulated by local and international legislation,
To communicate for the purposes of information technology requirements, the system structure, the necessity of the information technology support services received, and conveying the necessary information to you regarding these services and products,
To carry out the traffic measurement, statistical analyses, segmentation/profiling, and CRM work to be performed via the website, social media accounts, and mobile application for sales and marketing activities,
To measure and increase customer satisfaction, to manage complaints, to receive your opinions and suggestions regarding new services and products, to receive your problem and error reports, and to provide you with information regarding products and services and your complaints and requests,
To contact you, to receive your orders, to carry out your payment transactions, to establish logistics cooperation with third parties and ensure the shipment of products, to identify products and services that may interest you and make recommendations to you accordingly, to send promotions and gifts, to show you personalized advertisements by analyzing your online behavior, to measure and improve the quality of the service we provide to you, and to manage our customer portfolio by profiling and scoring according to segments determined by us,
To be used for comparative product and/or service offers, modeling, current or new product studies and/or developments, and the activities set out in the company’s articles of association to which your disclosure of your personal data to the COMPANY relates, in all kinds of products and services to be offered to you within the scope of the law and the relevant legislation,
To comply with the information retention, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of contracts, and to perform the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject in connection with the use of these services,
To manage, in line with the purpose of determining and implementing the COMPANY’s commercial and business strategies, the finance operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (request, quotation, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), in-house system and application management operations, and legal operations carried out by the COMPANY,
To examine, evaluate, and respond to requests received from official authorities or from you.

These are the purposes for which your personal data is processed.

c) To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data is transferred, limited to the fulfillment of the processing purposes specified in section b) above and applicable to all of them:

To the COMPANY’s business partners, shareholders, and affiliates,
To persons or organizations permitted by the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law, the Social Security Institution legislation, the Court of Accounts, the Law on the Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds of Crime, the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Code of Obligations, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and other legislation,
To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and legal authorities,
To companies and affiliates abroad,
To natural or legal persons from whom we receive services, or with whom we cooperate, in product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising, and the fulfillment of the purposes stated above; to program partner institutions and organizations; to institutions with which we have agreements regarding the sending of the messages we send to our customers; and to the shipping companies that deliver your orders to you.

ç) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your Personal Data is collected both through fully or partially automated means and through non-automated means that form part of a data filing system;

Directly from you or from persons authorized to act on your behalf; through applications made via contracted websites, store and COMPANY head office personnel, institutions to which we provide / from which we receive support services, natural and/or legal persons with whom transactions are carried out within the scope of any legislation or contract, and directly through automated systems (our website and mobile application, our call centers, our social media accounts), orally, in writing, or electronically.

As set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

It is mandatory for our Company to be able to fulfill its legal obligation,

It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and processing is necessary,

Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interest of our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,

It has been made public by you,

Processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,

You have given your explicit consent

These are the legal grounds on which your Personal Data is collected.

d) Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

If you, as data subjects, submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods set out below, the COMPANY will conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, data subjects have the right to claim their rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK from the COMPANY as the data controller. Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, No. 30356, dated March 10, 2018, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified in Article 11 in Turkish and in writing, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system. In response to applications, information will be provided only about the applicant, and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members or third parties. The COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

Your application must include:

Your name, surname, and, if the application is made in writing, your signature,
For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, your T.R. identity number; if you are a foreign national, your nationality, your passport number or, if any, your identity number,
Your residential or workplace address for notification purposes,
If available, your email address, telephone number, and fax number for notification purposes,
The subject of your request.

If available, information and documents relating to the matter must also be attached to the application.

You may submit the applications you wish to make in writing, with the necessary documents attached, to our Company, as the data controller, at Topraklık Mahallesi 619 Sokak No: 108-A Denizli / Pamukkale.

Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents that enable identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not duly provided, there may be disruptions in the complete and proper conduct of the inquiries to be carried out by the COMPANY in connection with your request. In this case, the COMPANY declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be sent in complete form, containing the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.
